Spanish Christian Music: Musica Del Cielo

I didn’t really know what to expect from the album Musica Del Cielo of Jon Montalban until I heard his songs the first time. His songs are very emotional and his unique voice is contagious. He has a vulnerable singing style that made the songs more memorable. The album is packed with songs that uplift our faith to the Lord. The recurring theme of the songs is God being all around us. Whatever happens, He will never leave us nor forsake us. It goes to show how unconditional His love is for us.

The first track of the album, Musica Del Cielo, is so powerful and emotionally awakening for the listeners. The first few lines of the song have already caught my attention and I eventually picture the words with me singing praises to the Lord. It is an incredible piece that it started to hook me up with the rest of the songs.

I enjoyed this album and I highly recommend it for all the Christians. The music may not be my personal genré but I am proud to have been touched and emotionally moved by the songs. Listening to the songs was like a personal and moving experience with God through worship.
