Marcela Gandara has an angelic voice that drawn fans to her debut album. Her vocals are just right for the kind of music genre that she’s into. Listening to the album the first time made me think that the songs don’t sound like from a debut release. The good thing about “Mas que un Anhelo” is that the messages are simple but strong and powerful. The tempo is easy to the ears that made it more beautiful to listen to.

My personal favorite is “En tu Hogar” because of the song lyrics. I am touched by the message of having the Lord waiting for us in His arms, in His home. You will know that you are not alone during all the problems and frustrations because we have a powerful God who answers when we ask. The songs “Supe Que Me Amabas” and “Tu Palabra” are fascinating ballads and how Marcela sung the lyrics becomes a reflection of her faith to the Almighty Father.

I look forward for more Marcela Gandara albums and I have always believed in her talent. She can do more and if she improves a lot, her songs will make it to the charts and people will love her albums.
