A decal, short for decalcomania, is made up of a paper, or film face stock, for the top layer of the label stock, the printing is done on the upper side of the face stock, and an adhesive layer is applied to the bottom of it. A silicone or release coating layer is applied to the upper side of the backing material, and, lastly, a paper or film liner acts as the bottom layer of the label stock. This reflective Auto Decal is made with great precision, making the coat of arms stand out nicely in the middle, between the two blue stripes of the flag.
