Antigua Plaza Spanish School is located in La Antigua Guatemala in Callejón Hermano Pedro. Our location is inside a residential colonial building with beautiful gardens and environment.

We offer customized Spanish Immersion Programs for all levels from beginner to advance. Our teachers are highly experienced instructors that will adjust the lesson to each student´s needs and level of Spanish. We include grammar & comprehension, conversational and more.

A typical day for a student begins at 8 am, we offer free coffee, tea or water that we bring directly to each student´s table. We have a break of 30 minutes after around two hours of instruction. One day a week we organize an activity for students to go with their teachers. During the lessons they can choose to go walking around Antigua with their teacher as well.

In the afternoons we organize activities, tours & more for the students to enjoy their time while learning Spanish.

Some of the activities for the afternoons include salsa lessons, hiking a volcano, coffee plantation tour, organic farm tour, cooking class, bike tour, yoga lessons, Antigua tour, trips to villages outside of Antigua, among others.

The Spanish lessons have different prices according to the number of hours that the student chooses to take.

If the student chooses less than 4 hours a day they can contact us and we can schedule lessons in the afternoons.
The lessons are one to one instruction, we give notebooks and pencils, text books for exercises. We have free wi-fi also.

Accommodations are offered in Home stays where students share meals with a Guatemalan family in Antigua. They can choose to have a room with private or shared bathroom. They are given 3 meals a day from Monday to Saturday breakfast. Prices for homestays are $90/week for a private bathroom and $80/week for a shared bathroom.

We also offer rooms and apartments in our location, which include cable TV, private bathroom, wi-fi, shared or private kitchen.

Among the other services that we offer is Airport pick up and drop off for $30 one person, $35 for two people. We can also help students organize their weekend trips with a travel agency.

Our School offers a personalized service for all of our students in order to give them more than they expect from their trip. We guarantee that starting with lessons and then activities & trips, students will not feel like a number but with us they will feel at home and meeting new friends on the way.
